It's fake and a scam. There's no job. They are pretending to be someone they are not.
If you want any more proof then look at the genuine website

Then the cloned fake one

The scammers clone websites but then get lazy by not clearing out original information. The cloned website even unbelievably has a YouTube video for the genuine company and even left the genuine company name on the home page, Moxey farms
And to add that the address in the fake farm website is in fact an immigration consultant, guess they must be farmers as well .
