Hi All,

I am CEC candidate and my score is 464. I will get ITA in next draw.
My wife will not be able to do medicals due to health concerns.

My question is post ITA, is it mandatory to submit ITA or I can submit rest all documents, wait to officer to ask me for medical?

I assume it's optional/proactive to submit medical post ITA but it's mandatory to submit medical when officer ask for it.

Please advise. If above is not case then I will postpone my ITA by declining it.

Regards,
Vikas

It is mandatory to do medical. However, you have 60 days to submit your eAPR so no need to worry about declining from day one.

And if your wife is having health issues , unless its long term , you also don't need to worry as panel physician will ask you to provide him her treatment plan and medical history and will include all of this in her eMedical.
