hi guyz..

i have recently recieved invitation for permanent residence and i have some doubt regarding the medical..
my wife came here in canada last nov 2018 with sowp, for sowp she completed medical exam last september. so does she need to take another medical exam for PR?
any one please help?

She would not have since they are valid for a year. Make sure to let them know when applying so that they can check this when processing your application. Then when you receive the letter to get the medical exam done it should only ask you to do it. If she needs it to, for some reason, it will clearly say so in the letter.

my AOR was on 8 DEC and now i'm waiting for medical pass, I have ultcerative colits, is it important? they will refused my medical exam?

Yes it is important and you must mention it to the panel physician. All depends on whether you are taking medication and whether you are expected to need surgery in the next 5-10 years. Medication is the biggest issue.
