Salary details in LOE URGENT!

Greetings all,
I need your help lads and gals with regards to something. I have a reference letter that doesnt mention my salary details for an absolute strange reason. Anyways i am planning on adding my 6 months bank statement to show my salary. But the thing is my company is in the construction field in the middle east and these companies sometimes delay salaries due to delays of their payments from clients. So now this delayed pattern will be shown in the statement (like for example 2 months deposited in 2 days in a row) is that an issue ? Will an explanation in LOE be enough?

Note: I cant get payment stubs

It's oaky just explain all of this in LOE, it's enough.
If you want more piece of mind, see if you can include contract and/or appointment letter if you have such documents. I'm not sure if they have those in the Middle East, as they don't always play by the rules...

Thanks a lot Peacekeepr for your reply, yes I have attached the appointment letter that has the breakdown of the salary will that be good?
One more thing, when I applied on the 17th of Feb, I have left my job on the 6th of Feb and I actually got my ref. letter that states that, but my salary of January 2019 wasnt yet deposited by the times I filed my application so it wasnt reflected in my bank statement. I have mentioned in the LOE that as of the date of the LOE letter, my Jan salary wasnt yet deposited. So now my question with regards to this is, my Jan salary was deposited to me with my settlement (as i said I left my employer a month ago) so should i raise a CSE informing them about this.

Mention in LOE that you haven't received your JAN salary at time of application.
Don't worry about informing them now, initial LOE is enough.
