This is difficult to answer because IRCC will need something they can use to independently verify your employment. Have you provided copies of your income tax returns? Have you provided any information that proves that this employer is bonafide, i.e., certificate of incorporation, annual returns, etc.? I'm just throwing out ideas.
Quick question.
The place where I worked for 7 months, it does not have an online presence. There is no website and all, as it operates locally. They pay by cash, and I do not have any salary stubs or bank documents to confirm it. They provided me a letter with everything required...will it cause a review required?

It's v likely that your eligibility has been 'met' (pending a final review at your LVO - NDVO), but you'd have to call or write to IRCC/NDVO to find out for sure.
So this means that my application is being processed at NDVO and eligibility has not stadted yet??

Your post-AOR employment record is not of interest to IRCC.
Also experts, I wanted to ask if I can quit my job before the process is completed? I wanted to quit by May but I don't think I will get the PPR email by then. Should I quit and inform IRCC and will that affect my application? Should I just keep my head down and keep working here till I get the PPR email and quit only after that?
Looking for a friend!
Thanks!

Wondering if you found a solution to this - when I poked around the Job Bank page I found a lot of the job posts actually link to external sites like Monster, etc., so I didn't understand what value the Job Bank adds.
Nah. I never found a solution to it. I leant once you’ve submitted your application, you will no longer be able to login with the login credentials provided if you didn’t do so before submitting. Don’t know how true it is but it seems to be the case. I guess I’ll just have to use the other job sites.

I raised a web form 3 days ago,
This is the reply i received.

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

You will find below useful information that we hope will help understand the process and current status of your application for permanent residence:

  • The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,
    • you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
IRCC is committed to reviewing most permanent resident applications submitted online within a 6-month time frame. Although the delay may vary, rest assured that we are making the necessary efforts to finalize your application within established processing times.

Please consult our website for more information on what to expect after you apply and how you can verify the status of your application in your online account.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

It looks like i am still at eligibility.
P.S. i had asked specifically for status updates such as criminality security eligibility etc. and visa office name.

If any one has any insights or received something similar, do reply!!

This may sound weird but I actually didn't file the taxes, since I was only looking to not be unemployed before my MBA. I wasn't even serious, but I did the job as I was only looking to fill up a few months pre-MBA gap.
The only thing I have right now is the company's GST Identification number mentioned on the stamp on my reference letter.

I have also applied for gcms notes to see if they have brought up a review required... I highly doubt based on a Feb 4 IP1, they will even have touched my application.

IRCC seems to be dodging these questions over CSE to keep their workload to a minimum. You will have to call and (politely) corner an agent into giving you specific answers to these questions. Anecdotally, most of the agents are v courteous and helpful; only a small number might be annoyed you're calling so early in the game.

Did you need this position and the 7 months of work history for the points you claimed under CRS? If so, you have a responsibility to provide as much information as possible to IRCC so they can verify your employment and whether the job description matches your self-identified NOC. If this position was not required for CRS points, I would have not brought it up at the ITA stage or, later, would have removed it with an LOE at the AOR stage. Please elaborate. Now that you have reported this position and you are post-AOR, IRCC can demand further evidence. Some people who are unable to provide all of the supporting documents usually send in some combination of pay stubs, photos of yourself at the workplace, testimonials by the clients you served, letters confirming your employment by your coworkers, etc. (and the list goes on).
Thanks for your reply.

I actually haven't tried signing up. I might get around to it over the weekend - will let you know if I hit a similar roadblock.

Hello, thank you for your help. We are both in Canada, have been living together since October and have proof, less than a year. Can I still add him as a spouse?
Not going to work unfortunately. October is barely a few months ago, not even half a year.
If you're good on eligibility and CRS points, my advice would be to avoid claiming points for common-law.
If you do, there is no doubt your case will be put for additional review (Review Required) for your common-law points, and will cause unnecessary delays.

Does pnp express pathway ppr takes more time than fsw ppr?
All in all, considering that you have to apply to the Province first once you get Notification of Interest, and then apply for Express Entry, yeah it takes longer.
It's 3-4 Months for PNP
+
6 Months for Express Entry.

It's a possibility that PNP takes bit longer, yeah. But you're still way within normal processing times.
4 months is very much okay, and those getting processed in less time shouldn't be taken as reference. It depends on each case and on each visa office. Many variables come into play.

Wait for the 6 months mark. Most of the progress is done towards the end of this line.
