WES timeline for 2018

Hi, I sent my documents to WES from 2 countries by normal post, Australia and Singapore. They were mailed out on 12 and 13 February respectively. Till date WES has yet to receive the documents, I only have a tracking number for the document mailed from Singapore and tracking stops on 21 February after arrival in Canada. (Canada post says they do not track incoming international mail)

Documents received by Wes on 28th December and 2nd January both.
Documents acknowledged by Wes on 4th Jan and 8th Jan 2019.
Status changed to in progress awaiting verification of MBA - 2nd Feb 2019
Status changed to we have received documents and we are reviewing them. On 7th Feb 2019.

My Husband's BE transcript were rejected but MBA one was accepted by Wes on 30th Jan 2019. His university resent the BE transcript and it reached wes on 8th Feb and same was updated on wes site on 13th Feb. After that there is no change in status at all.

My documents were not rejected. However, they are still under review since 8th feb.... this wiat is killing me!!!
I totally understand. From a Facebook post I understood that many ppl are facing same and all the last update dates are around 10th Feb.

I sent the bachelor and master diploma copies and transcripts from Turkey myself.
Feb. 02nd - Created an account and made the payment.
Feb. 05th - Shipped the documents via courier
Feb. 07th - Courier confirmed documents reached WES.
Feb. 11th - WES: "We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s). Status last updated: 2/11/2019"
Feb. 21st - WES: "We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s). Status last updated: 2/21/2019"
There is no update since Feb. 21st. Is this normal?

Hi all,
My WES evaluation was due for completion on 28 Feb, 2019 but till yet, I haven't got any updates on it. We got the evaluation completed in time for my husband, but there is a delay in my case. I don't understand the reason for this as in my .
Last status was updated on 8th Feb that the documents have been reviewed and accepted and my evaluation will be completed on 28th Feb 2019. I called up WES customer service and they said they do not have any idea behind the delay in updating the status.
Did anyone face similar issue? Any suggestions on it....
