So i want to know that can i make an affidavit in which I show that My father has made the papers of property on my grandmother documents and sign the document from my grandmother? is it would help me to make my profile strong or it is not good or useless? Because my sponser is my father. Please help me

Your grandmother is the nominee but currently your father is the owner and can make decisions. You should submit property docs showing the ownership.
Bro you are not getting my point. Property documents belongs to my grandmother name because my father buy the house and prepare all the documents on my grandmother name. My father is my sponser for all the expenses in canda while studying

I don't see how these documents help your study permit in any way.
If your father is supporting your studies, then he should be showing the funds as available cash in a bank account. Property doesn't help in any way.

If one has already paid GIC and one year tuition fees ... how much funds available should be mentioned on the IMM1294?
Funds left after this above payment or total funds available including above?
