Sorry to be a downer but those are below 440 should consider re-taking ielts/celpip or try to gain points through the french language test. The way the draws are happening i doubt the points will be any lower than 440-445 this year. CIC usually conduct draws bi-weekly and from 2018 the draws size were significant. Based on the most recent draw they seem to have kept the applicants intake on a lower side.

Trust me, Ive seen people missing out the opportunity when the scores were low in 2017. Make sure you have all the information for ITA filled accurately, sometimes all you get is one chance. Cheers.
You could actually be right!! I cannot see scores dropping below 440 again. That 438 may just be a 1 rare lucky thing!!!

General rule is to set your profile as soon as you can and always try to find ways to increase your CRS in the meanwhile. :D

Yes anything can happen really. I know people like to use their historical facts to form future predictions but nobody really knows what's going to happen until after it happens unless they work directly for IRCC. I've noticed that there are people in here quoting facts as if they're 100% sure when they're not and will only seek to justify or find a reason for the anomaly after it occurs because they had no clue it was coming. Nothing wrong with trying to make predictions as it's very helpful to some but I'm sticking with encouragement. If someone has a low score and there's something they can do to improve it, they should definitely tey their best to improve but in the mean time, some hope wouldn't hurt.

413 at the current state of EE, CRS point system and the yearly quota is not really a prediction, but a wishful thinking.
Last year listening to similar wishful thinking cost some people chance to get ITA (some did wait too long to retake their IELTS, others did not accept NOI from Ontario. And all of them were thinking that score would drop to whatever happened in 2017.
Unfortunately those presented ugly facts are much more accurate, as they are using all available data and estimations coming from them (for example steady increase of total EE profiles is a fact, that you can compare checking data from 2016 and 2017 with the current status).

The only way to change current trend and balance would be to throw system out of balance. So for example sudden heavy increase of yearly quota, would result in decrease of CRS.
Also a redesign of point system can put the balance demand to the different number (higher or lower) however that would say nothing about how easy can one achieve such score. And lastly a change in Canada attractiveness may change this score (as that will directly influence how big the competition is).

Don’t know French we’ll enough unfortunately :((((((
Well, learning new things has always been beneficial for us. Although, initially it seems difficult, but it's never impossible buddy! Once we're determined to do anything, we end up becoming habitual of it and finishes the task, which was beyond our imagination. So, Never underestimate your innate capabilities ! :)

Hello friends,

I was trying to improve my score from 438 to 441.
Today, my score is 9 9 7 7. I have received 7.5 for speaking and 7.5 for writing in the past but in different attempts.
I think I did well this time in both and expected 7.5 but received only 7. Does revaluation help? What are the chances?
I desperately need your advice because I don't think I can perform any better if I attempt again. :(

I submitted my profile yesterday, CRS score 453, any chance I would get ITA in the next draw?
Ya I think you will get ITA in next draw if it happens on 6th of March.

My prediction for March 6 draw

ITA: 3350
CRS : 452-454

This year it looks like they will try to keep CRS above 445. Ya if 3 draws happens in one month thanCRS may touch 440( very less chances )

Ontario, Quebec, PEI is issuing large number of PROVITIONAL nominees to people which helps a lot Internation students and they all are getting 600 points that’s the main reason for high Cut off.

Another reason is People from USA (who are on H1) are migrating to Canada.

And guys don’t forget elections are coming in October and if conservative wins than I am hoping they will reduce ITA and make CRS higher than 475..

My score is in between so I'm not sure about my chance, fingers crossed
You should get on March 6th (90%) and if you miss with one point or tie break in next one (if it happens on March 20) than 100% you will get ITA.
Cheers

Hi friends
Is there any chance of draw today? What do you think of the min score and the number of invitations to be issued?
