I checked this link but still I m confused about number of family members by that I can check income lever as well.. so my basic question is that how many member we will count for income level to check , I m living with my spouse and 1 kid and need to sponsor my mom so total 4 member or 3 member?

Every year it changes. So nobody knows for 2020 what the requirements will be. So make sure you are meeting the present requirements. Your spouse can be a cosigner too.

Congrats. When you click on the 'Decision Made', do you see any new details? Mine was changed on Saturday but no new information yet. Neither I have received any email or anything such. Just wondering, if you are on same boat like me.
 
Guys, I just had the SA done on Feb 21st. When should i expect the medical and PCC request? App received on May 25th. AOR on Oct 19.
