Landing Extension

Hi,
I received my PR confirmation yesterday and the deadline for it it 8 April 2019. i wanted to check if it is possible to extend this date as my wife is in India and won't be able to land until June. She did her medicals in October 2018, is there a way to get an extension for landing of my wife?

Use it or lose it. Generally, extensions are only granted when due to medical issues and, occasionally, pregnancy.
