19 June app and file started processing in Delhi on 18th Jan. No update after that. Has anyone heard if file transferred to NDVO in Nov. 2018 received PPR? Because I think NDVO works on when file was received there and not when we applied. But, experts here can confirm this and if that is true then we might have to wait little more (depending on background check).

Same here. My BG check in GCKey shows "In Progress" since 3 months and then file was transferred to NDVO in Jan. 2019.

BGC check in reality (if file moved) is only good for us if started by NDVO

14 months eh!! is it a complicated case with any kind of doubts or interviews involved? If NOT then U must contact your local MP which is your right
And how about GCMS notes any NEGs there?

Received GCMS Notes today. A officer in NDVO has made an update on my file on Jan 17, 2019 and recommended for Interview. My wife is on TRV with me now. Any one can advice on the below questions for me? Timeline in my Signature

1. How do they approach for Interview? Phone or email? I have already sent her Canadian Address and Canadian Mobile Number to them for further communication.
2. Can she take her interview inside Canada or she has to fly back to India to attend Interview?
3. How much notice they give for an interview?

What I read in the past if interview comes and appl.t is here he/she must go to VO abroad.
You should get interview date and time in the appli,,t's given e-mail + GCkeys would have note
About a month's notice is what I read in the past
