@cansha @tobs

At what stage does my file seem to be? does it mean the agent has confirmed every other thing except this?

NB: The letter states "Your application will be assessed in 30 days and a final decision will be made based on the evidence available on the file at that time"
Can't say. I guess you're close to PPR.
Seems like AVO is now processing July applications

Hey guys, hope you all are hanging in there still..
Just as an update we sent both letters of employment now DATED as requested by the officer in the GCMS notes, hopefully our application will see some progress soon.

I just wanna share what my MP told me by email this morning:

"If you don’t hear back from the IRCC by mid April, please let us know and we can do another follow up provided that you do not ask your lawyer to make the same inquiry at the same time and please don’t request for another ATIP as it will definitely put the case on hold for at least 30 days when you request for that while your application(s) are still in progress. "

Now I really don't want to order another set of notes...
This is new and surprising. I dont agree with the MP office reply but like @tobs said this could start arguments.
For example, I ordered for ATIP on the 9th Jan, it was generated on the 14th. I got a ghost update on the 8th Feb and PPR afterwards.
I think everyone here is allowed to do what fits better with your application. Ordering for GCMS notes helps you to know details about your application but if you chose not to get it, then be ready to be as patient and as positive as you can be.

Thanks @tobs. I really pray so...the wait is draining. One more thing, I got married post AOR and added my husband to my application....sent updated POF and they acknowledged receipt. So I am thinking I should use this opportunity to show my current POF by submitting two bank statements; one showing my salary deposits and the other showing the funds that make up my POF.

What do you think?

I think that's smart.

Besides when you think about it, without ordering the notes you won't have found out what in your application was review required and it could have just been gathering dust for months without any ADRs being sent.
Exactly. If I did not receive notes-irrespective of the 2.5 months I had to wait before it arrived, how would I know the missing date on my foreign work employment letter is the reason for the RR.

Just realized today is another milestone. It’s been 365 days since she got her first ITA before being denied over a stupid NOC code error. Will this never end? Haha

I know right! When we had a meeting last week in person and I told them about the notes, the woman got so irritated saying I shouldn't have done that because now my application is gonna be stuck for 30+ days. So she called whoever she knew, and got all the same info that we found in the GCMS notes.. just with ONE call. Everything is so frustrating at this point..

Im thankful that you suggested ordering the notes in the first place though, don't get me wrong :)
I just don't know if its worth it ordering one more time after sending the right docs.. Now should be a matter of time
