I also got the brazilian PCC from the Federal Police website and sent along with a certified translation. Regarding the vietnamese PCC, I am sure I sent exacly what they required on IRCC website.
I am assuming the agent is having some trouble verifying the vietnamese certified translation and for some reason does not complete my criminality.
They never asked for any additional documents and according to the notes this "pcc review required" is dated 2018/11/15. Since then, no updates at all...
Hi May I ask what is the exact issue with your FD's as proof of funds? Asking as I have shown FDs as funds proof. Any insights would be very helpful to me as I am an Oct applicant.
My bank provides balance certificate in fixed format. 1st page only shows account balance (excluding any FD and RD). 2nd page shows FD and RD balance and the details. Then I attached bank statement, FD certificates, RD certificates. Another balance certificate from another bank, their bank statement and FDs
The case analyst might have just looked at the first page and only considered the first bank account balance as my total funds. So i raised a CSE and explained that I have funds in another account and FDs should be considered too since it's liquid money.
Apparently case analyst get confused and it's not obvious for them how FDs work.
Also mine was a rare case and FDs are accepted. So don't worry about your file.
@Anishcool My PoF is FDs too (100%). I didn´t have pblms with that... You only need to be sure that the bank letter includes all info (with an explicit clarification that the funds are available to you at any moment, easily transferable.

Just as an update we sent both letters of employment now DATED as requested by the officer in the GCMS notes, hopefully our application will see some progress soon.
I just wanna share what my MP told me by email this morning:
"If you don’t hear back from the IRCC by mid April, please let us know and we can do another follow up provided that you do not ask your lawyer to make the same inquiry at the same time and please don’t request for another ATIP as it will definitely put the case on hold for at least 30 days when you request for that while your application(s) are still in progress. "
Now I really don't want to order another set of notes...

What??! The MP office told you this??
I won't waste my breath telling you that ordering GCMS notes doesn't delay your application because it's most likely going to start an argument based off the misinformation the MP office provided (not with you per se, but possibly with others & I don't want to engage in that) .
But I'll tell you this, there are people who ordered GCMS notes and got their PPRs even before the notes were due.
Besides when you think about it, without ordering the notes you won't have found out what in your application was review required and it could have just been gathering dust for months without any ADRs being sent.

You and other senior members were the reason I ordered GCMS notes and got to correct the review required situation so GCMS notes are a boon to people like me.
