For express entry you should do an upfront medical exam. You need to take along your passport. Depending on whether or not the clinic you choose uses the eMedical system, you may need to carry photographs. Best to take a look at the IRCC website to find a convenient medical centre. In case you have any doubts about your health, you could do a pre checkup for peace of mind. Since you normally need to land in Canada within a year of the medicals, may make sense to delay as long as it doesn't risk missing your deadline.Should we wait for instruction or communication to go for medical or once we have ITA (received this late last night) we can book for medicals?
