Should we wait for instruction or communication to go for medical or once we have ITA (received this late last night) we can book for medicals?
CRS Score - 460
For express entry you should do an upfront medical exam. You need to take along your passport. Depending on whether or not the clinic you choose uses the eMedical system, you may need to carry photographs. Best to take a look at the IRCC website to find a convenient medical centre. In case you have any doubts about your health, you could do a pre checkup for peace of mind. Since you normally need to land in Canada within a year of the medicals, may make sense to delay as long as it doesn't risk missing your deadline.

Does anyone know list of documents needed at this stage?
Once you fill the ITA form then at the bottom left you will see a CONTINuE tab. Once u press that you will see list of documents to upload..

Also don't worry you can always come back to previous by logging out and again loging in. In case if you need to change any information

Once you received ITA mail. No need to wait for anything
Just book medical appointment at nearest centre
Book PCC at nearest passport office
Apply for work ref letter from office
Get photos clicked.

Scan all your degree and marksheets. Passports.

As your actual wait start from the date you submit your eAPR and get AOR.

Hurry up to collect everything but spend lot of time while filling and uploading docs to avoid errors. ..

Nowadays 4-8 months is being observed as an average.
Yes, there are applicants who get it earlier too.
