Partially completed CA

Hello All,

I would like to apply to Canada through the Expresss Entry method. Currently I am a 4 years bachelors degree holder. I have completed a partial Sri Lanka CA with 4 papers remaining. Would WES consider the partially completed CA? If yes ,what is the ECA i would get?
