How to apply BOWP

I have not started my application of BOWP as I haven't submitted PR application. However, I would really appreciate if you guys can leave some tips or suggestions in advance.

BOWP is just one type of open work permit. There's essentially no difference in applying for BOWP and PGWP, which you've done before.
Just need to make sure all relevant documents are included in your application and the web page above explains very clearly what you need to submit.
