Hello guys, I have a very specific case so posting a new thread.
I currently have "Four-year Bachelor's degree from a recognized university" which roughly translates to "Bachelor's degree (three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute)" on CRS Points calculator (restating the fact here so that someone could correct me if i am wrong). I want to move it up to "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" (on CRS Points calculator).
1) My questions is that I have came across a four-month certificate course (usually called Mini-MBA) in an average (recognized, but not one of the top ones) university, will this move help me get to the next level on my ECA?
2) Second questions, if the answer/opinion to the first one is NO.
Will an e-learning two-year masters degree in MS-IT help, me get to that level.
Note: I have a background in Computer Science/Information Tech (studies and work experience), and do not really want to get into business studies, unless it will get me to the next level in four months. If i really have to go for the masters i will go into CS/IT again.
Current Situation:
I am currently at 432 point on Express Entry, it was first 432 when i first started, but have been losing points every year for my age.
My IELTS will be expiring soon, so i am thinking about delaying the IELTS this time and focusing on getting a better ECA before getting IELTS again.
I am looking to increase a substantial number of points by going for the next level of studies, rather than increasing some points on language (4-8 points).
Your responses will be really helpful in deciding. Thanks.
