Study Pemit Amendment Taking too Long Please Help !!!!!

I have submitted a study permit amendment to have it include the conditions that allow me to work on and off campus.I have mailed my application and CIC received it on the 9th of January, on the 11 of February i got an email saying that my application have been approved and my Sp was sent to my mailing addressee. However,i have not received anything until this day, does anyone know how long does it usually take for a mail sent by the CIC to arrive to its destination knowing that i live in montreal.Thanks you

Can you explain to me the process and what did you have to provide to change the conditions ?
I have the same problem .
