Hi,
My friend's study visa(she couldnt complete her studies) is getting expired really soon so she is getting married to an international student.
Can she get a spousal wp?
What documents will be required to apply for the wp?
Can someone get SWP if they are out of status and get married to a person with status?

~this visa is hard to get Bcoz of past abuse of this program
~You need A)marriage certificate..B)NOC job...C)3paystub D)money in bank to support both of them
~you must prove the marriage is GENUINE
~with the new rule it seems like she can apply to get status renewed..
~But i dont think its that easy to get SWP just by marrying someone with status
