Hi all, pls guys I need clearification on the calculation of hours for the CEC application. I have being working 30hrs/wk from March 7 to Nov 30, but my hours dropped to 25hrs/wk from Dec 1 to Jan 14,pls what’s the implication of this to my application? Does this mean that I have to work nor than the required 52wks to make up for my lost hours or is my 25hours/ wk wasted? Pls clearify

have you made your ee profile yet?

Not yet still gathering requirements
By the time, you do all the work to have your ee profile in the pool, my guess is that you will have more than 1.5 years work experience. You need to complete your profile first. what is your English scores?

Yh that’s the issue I need to know when to stop working cos I’m pregnant. Not done my English test yet

And about the English test I thinking of writing cellophane instead of ielts but I don’t know the required band score for a NOC 0 position in celpip. Thanks for your response

If your work experience is in National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill type 0 or skill level A occupations, you must meet the minimum level of CLB 7 in each language ability (speaking, reading, writing and listening).
Celpip is easier than ielts.

7 march to 30 nov 2018 is 38weeks and 2 days.
1 nov to 14 jan is 6 weeks and 2 days.
now 30 times 38 plus 12 equals to 1152hrs
and 25 times 6 plus 10 equals to 160 hrs.
total number of hrs 1312
now 1560 mius 1312 equals to 248 hrs more you need.
