At least you are in IP2. My application shows pending 52 days and back ground check has not started yet. I don't know if this is something to worry.I also called CIC and the agent also said that the back ground check has not started.
U mean pending is written on ur profile ?
Haven't heard of such in this forum b4

Yes, same here. In IP1 since 9th Nov - the date of MEP. Oct 10 AOR
This is very country-specific. Mostly all single Indian applicants are at this stage - which sucks to the core. I wonder when they will start moving our files forward. I don't understand how we can still be at IP1 even after 4 months of AOR

Congratulations to everyone who got PPR - at this point I can only imagine how that would feel.
+1
In IP1 since Nov 8th ( Indian Residence Applicant) and this processing system sucks!!

yes it is country specific....indian RESIDENTS especially single are being processed at turtle pace....i am still in ip1 since med 12 november aor is oct 13 and fsw-o india..no update since....all other october candidates from other country of residence are already getting ppr

Congrats to those receiving ppr ..guess all the waiting and the stress have totally gone off now ...

Anyway ....have been on ip2 since Nov 8th ,no movement and nothing ..only ghost update in my email on 9th nov ...
Anyone with aor 12th Oct who has got any update yet ?
A bit tired of waiting ...
Called CIC last week and was told criminality passed and medical ...
Eligibility and security hasn't started..
And am left with 59 days to my estimated completion date ..any idea is highly welcome ..
Many are in IP1 Since Nov here and not a single move on file.

Just got the PPR letter for me and my wife. We both had our medical examinations in different countries. Now we are together. I wanted to know;

1. If there is a PPR email for my child to be issued by cic as well?

2. Can we all submit our passports at the same country even though one of them mentions another country specifics.

Please inform how should I resolve these issues?

Not true, us UK applicants seem to be facing a similar wait.

My background check has been in ‘IP2’ since the moment I submitted the application so I’ve no real way of gauging how far along I am. AOR 20th October.

I agree, UK applicants seem to be waiting a while too - there is another thread, and it appears that 7-8 months seems to be typical wait time.
I havent had an update since Nov - when i provided my biometrics.

Hi Folks, today received Biometrics Instruction Letter for my non-accompanying spouse. Anyone had a similar request?
I presumed my spouse would furnish her biometrics during the visa sponsoring phase, which seems not the case!?

Hi Yuri,
Have you paid for spouse's biometrics?
I never heard of such cases. My partner is non-accompanying and I haven't received a biometrics request for him yet.

You can submit all 3 passports in same VFS. Congrats!

Hello for every one, Like most of October AOR i'm in IP2 since 11 Novembre, i requested CGMS notes in dedecember only security done for me and nothing else has started for me or for my spouse. What i would ask about is if there is a sheet where every October AOR can share their stats so that we can take a look directly to google docs shared file or some thing like that, So please let me know if it exist and thanks for all, good luck
