Hello, I will apply for my pgwp beginning of May/2019, but I don't have job yet. My husband's owp wil expire in july/2019, but there's a note that he can only work if I am studying full time. If in the time that I apply for my pgwp I still don't have a job can he still working?

No he can't continue working after July 2019 unless you have not 0, A or B and 3 pay stubs with your PGWP.
