hey guys, me and my spouse are working in government service at the moment as a teacher and an engineer. We have also submitted this information on personal history section as "government".Today I read a comment that says existence of government service is an issue that keeps security screening longer. Do you think this make sense?
Hi

I think we are travelling in the very same boat.

AoR December 28 here.
Employment type - Government.
Medical Furtherance - Sputum tests plus additional X-Ray after three months.

:)

How come some people with AOR December 29 marked their medicals as passed during the weekend? As far as I know IRCC don't work on weekends. My AOR is Dec 29...waiting impatiently for updates...

You're right, IRCC doesn't work on the weekends. A lot of people are reporting dates based on the time zone they're in or when they checked their status without thinking about when that update likely occurred in Canada time. @USProgrammer and I have been talking about this for ages, trying to get people to agree to one set of rules for everyone. ;)

Almost all of your questions have been directly addressed by @Shahanastar already, and I agree with her responses. Maybe you didn't read her responses? If you did, then why ask again? Also, if anything hasn't been addressed by @Shahanastar then it has been addressed in replies to other posts by one of us in the past few days. I recommend re-reading the last 10 pages of the forum - the answers are all there.
