If you ever get a TRV and come to Canada.... overstay.... work illegally.... expect to be deported if you are caught or if your sponsor informs CBSA to have you removed.
Not sure why you would want to harm the interests of your sponsor. S/he might find it difficult to invite someone else for a genuine visit
Hi, i am a police officer in Ghana. I got admission to read diploma in Network Administration at CIMT college. I applied for TRV visa but got refused based on travel history, current employment situation, personal Asset and financial status which i dont understand because i attached my six months pay slips, letter of introduction from my employers, appointment letter, land documents in my name, 2 cars leased, a private car of my own all registerd in my name..... can i reapply and with what documents please. Seniors
There are ways to get here legally and correctly. Suggest you look at provincial nomination programs. Desperation leading to doing something wrong will not help you. As an illegal foreigner, you will not be covered by health programs and you will always be watching your back. Your cousin may not be successful in inviting any more people because of what you plan to do. So many Filipinos right now who took a short cut are being rejected on their spousal sponsorships (which is the easiest immigration route). Also note that a TRV for a Filipino is hard to come by because our own countrymen keep doing what you plan on doing and staying here illegally.

I have applied visit visa for myself, my husband and my son. We did biometric in the morning and we received refusal letter in the evening, the same day...I don't think officer view our application properly. We have a sponsor letter from tour agency from Canada and they also give us air tickets and hotel booking documents.
please advise....

Noted mam. I know that already. But thanks anyway for your concern. Canada wants skilled workers only if not you need to have a lot of money to visit. How about the people who wants to experience canada? Anyway life is not fair.

Of course Canada wants people who will be of use to their economy. Canada is not obligated to allow everyone to experience it. I know people who are multi millionaires who have been refused visitor visas here as well so it isn’t entirely true that a lot of money means you can experience Canada. Upgrade your skills, I know the government has recently implemented free or low cost university schooling there. Work on it and use your desperation for good. I have seen desperate, I myself come from the Philippines. I am also a man by the way.
