Hi i was accepted in round 2 in July 2018 to sponsor my mom. After a bit of back and forth with some incomplete forms, i got the acceptance notice in December but haven't heard anything back yet. I am a bit anxious that i will be declined due to the LICO requirements. I am $1000 under for 2015 as i was out of a job for 9 months out of the year after moving back to Canada from working overseas. I only worked from September to December 2015. Does anyone know if IRCC factors your time of employment when they look at the minimum income requirement? I know its a long shot but just may be someone on here has had a similar experience. Thanks

Think you already know the answer. You must meet LICO not matter how long you worked that year.

No - they don't factor in your time of employment. Either you meet LICO or you don't.
