want to study in canada, but had less gpa in previous UG degree

I am having 5.8 GPA out of 10 in Under graduation and I got 6.5 in IELTS. I want to know can I get the admission in one of the best universities in Canada or do I need to improve my IELTS score.

To get into the best universities, you need to have secured 80% in all your exams including semester ones. I think overall 6.5 won't be a problem if you have a minimum of 6 in each, unless they require 7+. You can try other universities if you are adamant to start your course here.

You need to provide some more information. Which UG degree do you have? Do you have any work experience? Which field are you interested in and what course? Do you have any backlogs? People can't help without knowing all this.
