Spousal sponsorship process completion time varies depending on the visa office and on a case basis.......will advice you assume process from AOR to completion takes 12 months to help reduce the waiting stress.......relax.....its a wait game

If he withdrew his application to sponsor you, there’s nothing you can do, unless you can qualify for PR on your own via express entry or other program.

the sponsor can only withdraw or cancel sponsorship before the applicant lands as PR in Canada.....and there is not much the applicant can do to stop the withdrawal if the applicant has not landed as PR in Canada

If you are out of status, you likely have to go back to your home country.

Under what base? That you have a husband that doesn't want to sponsor you to be with him any more? Or that your child is actually back in your home country?

You can return to your home country. You don't really have H&C grounds, especially as you have a child in your home country.

You can try H&C but it is very likely you are not qualified as other members pointed out. I think the best case for you is to talk to your husband and work with him to not withdraw your spousal application.
