According to my agent, she said one would need to pay the full tuition. I mean you could pay for the semester but for visa purposes, international students are advice md to pay the full season tuition

I have applied in Humber for ITS Sept 2019 intake on 14th Nov '18.. today i see “no decision" in offer status..
I am worried will i get the LOA ? Now it will almost complete 3 months.
anyone has any idea ?
did i apply late or something​
