Backlogs in Engineering

Hi,

I have done my bachelor's from Gujarat University. Now my question is that I had many backlogs in engineering however I gave all the papers again and cleared my graduation with pass class and 3.01 GPA.
Problem is i got admitted in 2007 But i was conferred the degree certificate in 2017 by the university.

Will it be considered in WES? as it looks like i took 10 years to complete my graduation.

P.S. It has been mentioned in degree certificate that i have been examined in the year 2011 and conferred the degree in 20017.

Please give an honest reply only if it sure.

Yes I was working full time
