i got reasonable in speaking and writing but not in listening & reading with overall 7 so not sure whether it will be considered as CLB 7 or CLB 8 ?

Listening and Reading is CLB7.
If you're short on points, you can try taking it again, as you're missing out on very precious points for language proficiency. Try aiming for CLB9 in all tasks.
