"Application In Process
Your file has been sent to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) office closest to your home for processing."

From what i understand it means they forwarded file to local office and some sort of eligibility review js in process
Thank you so much! I assume you got this info from CIC website? :)

Please update. Quick question. Can your application be returned even after the AOR or the document completeness is already checked by now?
Thanks everyone

No. AOR means your application is complete and accepted. But if they happen to need more information or documents, they will let you know. Congratulations!!

I had a quick question. I ordered the citizenship book a few days back from the official online web portal. They said that the book was free to order. However, when they dispatched the book, they sent me a confirmation email with the Canada Post tracking number etc. about it and said there would be a shipping and handling fee of approximately $10. Am I supposed to pay this fee or has it been paid by them? Does anyone have any experience with this?

I ordered mine last year and did not pay any shipping or other costs. You can just download and print. They do have a pdf copy for you to download.

Oh so wait did any of your shipping confirmation emails have something like the following image? And yea I would have downloaded and printed it myself but I guess it's too late now lol since the order has already been dispatched.
