POF for Inland Applicant (FSW stream)

I am invited to apply under FSW stream (PNP nominated) and I have a valid job offer (open work permit). Do I need to show proof of funds?

If so, I have a required balance in my account but I have built the amount over a period of 4 months and my bank account is just 4 months old. Will there be a problem?
