You would need to apply for a study permit and visa to come to Canada for education, even if you are able to find sponsorship to cover the cost of your education.

There is no such thing as a "refugee visa" that you can apply for.

Education is pretty expensive in Canada for international students. If you are under real threat, try to move to a third country and register with UNHCR.
You will need a lot of money or at least demonstrate you are well off to get any kind of Canada Visa. You an also research on private sponsorship in Canada. Good luck.
