Hmm!! according to the bad respond news I've got it yesterday about my online study visa permit application through to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). Now I am a looser like anybody else :( .... hapless really I am now!!!!

Please help me to resolver that issue problem I was facing and got it yesterday, before I was applying through via online at IRCC website and under SDS (Student Direct Stream)..and before I decided applying through via to their website services online of IRCC.

I was first all registered and identifying by myself through at IAE.SIAMS Alberta resume website in order to be able accessing to apply to any designated learning institution from there in Alberta province.

So I've been accepted with the one designated learning institution from there in Alberta province and they were offered me even also an official letter of acceptance as
their new student who were was supposed to attended and obtaining the winter semester on January 07, 2019.

So then after when I was completely successful providing everything to them as suitable and clearly.. such as paying all the tuition fees of the winter semester, etc... the designated learning institution has offered and sent it to me an official letter of acceptance for using while when I'm just applying
for a study permit.. !!! witless I am; I didn't using yet and proving to them,

I was knew that if I have to proving to them after when I already was finish submitted my online application to them***

The guarantee period which might appearing and display on that official letter of acceptance it is only valid for 3 months..

1. so my first question is that what exactly period time should I using for planning to stay in Canada based guarantee period valid of studying 3 month... it is less 6 than months OR more 6 than months based on guarantee period which might appearing and display on that official letter of acceptance????

***How long are you planning to stay in Canada? (required)***

i. Temporarily - less 6 than months
ii. Temporarily - more 6 than months
iii. Permanently..

2. so my second question to you is that, do I have to applying for a study permit or it is necessary to have it.. because of the time period semester for studying and appearing display on that official letter of acceptance it is only valid for 3 months, I mean it is less than only six (6) month..

based on this question which asking if...

***Do you want to apply for a study permit? (required)**
{
If your current study program lasts for 6 months or less,
but you wish to continue your studies after completing this program, you'll need to apply for a study permit.
Do you want to apply for a study permit?
If your study program lasts less than 6 months, you don't need a study permit.

If you don't know how long you want to study for, apply for a study permit before you come to Canada, in case you'd like to study longer.
If you are a family or staff member of a foreign representative to Canada, accredited by Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada,
you may not need a permit to study in Canada. Please contact your embassy in Canada. }

3. Do I have to providing my own bank statement instead while I have someone who supported and spoucing me like my parent???

Bad news how could I can fix it mannn!!

Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

Sincerely,

The period is the length of the entire program you want to study. What school did you get into? Officer is not satisfied you have show enough funds to study in Canada.

Hi' there excuse me for inconvenience you and thank you very much for reply me either..

but to be honest I did not ever taking the courses or try learning and training for IELTS as before in my whole entire life!!

the name of designated learning institution university it is called Mount Royal University which located in Alberta province.. And I already finish paid and depositing even also all the school tuition fees!!! I was applying for the English program lesson at an expression school university..

and about my financial documents, I was showing to them only the bank statement of my spouse mother not including for mine and for my spouse mother which currently have and contain like around of 38,000USD $; I don't know if I have to prove to them the one of mine either..

Q1. What can I show to them as an prove which say that if at the end of the time I will go back and then returned to my origin country????..

Q2. And how much funds enough to I have to show to them in order for to accept my application??

You have to take IELTS. Based on your posts and don't take offence at this, your English is not very good. That's the first thing you should do. Did you provide an SOP (statement of purpose) outlining why you would go back

What is your home country? What is your status in China? Do you have any assets like house, money in a bank account or job? You have to show at least 10k living expenses for the first year over and above the tuition fee's

How strong are your ties with China? If you are applying from a third country it becomes even more difficult to obtain this visa as the officer needs to be satisfied that you will return to your country after your study.

Not showing your own bank statement but your spouse's mother is another red flag.

You need to work on your grammar and pass the IELTS, it was difficult to understand your post.

Hi' there
thank you very much for your reply..

But actually I don't understand what you mean is "ANOTHER RED FLAG" for me..

I stay here in China for about three years while studying ..

Q_1. I just wanna reapply once again; but I would like first an good suggestion of how I can approved and show to them if I will be return and go back into my origin country after to study there in Canada..

Because I have to go back at home to see again my mother and elder grand brother..

Q_2. How much enough funds required for to show them if I have capable to stay there in Canada??

And by the way you have to be a patient with me, because I'm not good enough and literacy in English language.. :(

Another red flag means another reason for the officer to reject your application. First red flag is that you don't live in your home country and are only on a study visa in China. Therefore, you have no real ties to china (which is where you applied from. Second red flag is that you didn't include your bank statement showing any money you have, just your spouse mother's bank statement. This shows that you have no personal money and therefore, no reason to go back to either china or your home country,

I would wait until you finish you studies and go back to your home country before applying again. Also, show your personal finances, not somebody else's. If you apply again with the same information, you will be refused.

When you do apply again, you need IELTS scores attached with 6 in each section and you need to also mention that you were refused before.

Hi' there

I truly appreciate your time and effort to help me.

So do you now suggest and trying recommended me to go back first again in my origin country, before I can reapply again for to get a Canadian study permit visa??

But actually as I told you before that; I didn't ever take it a lesson or any training courses which based on IELTS as since before..

And that is the most reason why even also, I was applying at Mount Royal University in order to get started with English program languages
for to improve and expertise my English language proficiency..

I came here in China for the purpose of study Chinese-language. And now I already completed my field degree of Chinese-language program. I have already received and got a Chinese-language certificate also..

So that is another reason why after completed my field degree of Chinese-language program. I was decided immediately applying and move change to another school of designated learning institution university from there in western country Canada.

Please you already do it and lemme thank you twice for your kindly support!!

But please help me exactly what do I have to do it right now, before I can reapply once again while I'm still currently here in China..

If you have finished your course in China. Go back to your home county and apply from there. Your chances will improve just by doing it.Especially now that you have finished course in China, you have zero ties there now. You will be rejected. Others can comment.

Regarding IELTS. It is not a choice, you have to do it. And you have to save up some money of your own.

Copy that!!

Excuse me to asking you this such question, but truly sometimes I'm getting confused. Because they were told me that if my previously application file was been rejected and refused according on the following grounds:

Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. I'm just getting confused with this two above description issues.

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements.

What if I try reapply again and then respond to these two concerns issues and prove to them also my own bank statement account and the reason why I have to go back at my origin country.

Because it seems like maybe if they were concerned with only two problem issues.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
Generic reason that most people get, unless you didn't actually say you were studying.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
If you address this and have enough money in your bank account, this reason may go away, but as you have not got any assets either, it may not.

There are usually other underlying issues that are not stated. If you want to know more detailed reasons, I would suggest applying for CAIPS notes (there is a part of the forum that tells you how to do it). This takes about a month. But, honestly I don't think you have any chance if you keep applying from China and not your home country. Take everyone's advice and go back to your home country. Save up money and reapply from there.

Hi' there again..

So are you try to say that normally, if there is another concealed issues problem which they don't usually evidently and description to their applicants who need the Canadian visa; but which might caused their application to be rejected and refused.

I don't get you as well...

With about you are just try to say and told me I agree with you if perhaps could be the true, because it is obscure to a lot of more applicants clients.

I'm sorry I don't understand your last post, your english is very poor. Apply for CAIPS notes, find out a more detailed reason of your refusal, address those reasons and apply again if you can address them. As I keep saying though, if you apply from China you will be looking at another rejection.

Hi' there...

However, it is possible to re-apply inside already there at the border of Canada??
If everything mandatory and required to get the study permit visa, you have it.

On the other hand, to prove to them the results of the IELTS note, and then if I made a request to study and learn the English language there in Canada. As you always say, my English is very pool :(, and I have asked to study the English language in order to improve it first and enhance.
