Hello I am writing for my sister ,
she is trying study in canada , she cleared Ielts got admission in a college,
but before two years she had over stay in italy . I am worried because of that ,she wont be able to get visa .

They will ask if you have ever been rejected a visa or permit or asked to leave Canada or any other country.

If that's the case then you will be asked to explain the reason why. Your chances will decrease substantially if so, but it's not impossible. Overstaying is a serious offense and her application to be gone through very finely. She has to have really good IELTS, academics and a strong SOP to overcome the overstaying.
