Good News Guys Finally my wait is over I got the email with my Application Number. I checked ECAS today morning with my receipt and I was able find the file. Just this afternoon I received AOR, but my wife didn't receive any email. I am happy that my application is good and its not returning back> i can happily wait for MR and SA now!!!
I received the same answer when I called do not worry. that's there standard answer. Check in ECAS with your reciept number. if your able to find with your application there. Its good they are working on it and you will receive AOR soon
Is it the payment receipt you mean? Also, payment was made by sponsor but shall I use sponsor’s name or PA’s name to do the check? Thank you.

I wanted to ask you, did your sponsor already get approval or no? As of today I mean?
AOR received! Stress levels have instantly dropped!

I am the sponsor and yes I received my SA, just a few hours later after my AOR.
Seems all the communication from Canada (AOR/SA) was delayed for me while the application really was already in the visa office outside of Canada and being processed.
Weird but I am not complaining

I tried to link with my cic account but it says did not find your search rven after I filled my details as sponsor and even tried with my wife principal applicant details also . But still says not found. Dont know why,

Did you try gckey or ecas?
I've tried around 50 times to call now, across various times of the day and I can never get through. I get that automated message saying the volume of calls is high. I've asked my partner to call from Canada today, as I'm starting to think they have some geolocation thing just rejecting me
