visitor visa Getting Delay above 30 days

Hi sir,
I have a question. I am working in Canada as a work permit . and I was applied to visiting visa(Tempory visa) my wife last month 19th Dec 2018 at Chennai vfs office. Almost 30 days done.
And I am tracking my id, results are " under process at IRCC office"
my question is processing time only 20 days. but now almost above 30 days done. until now under processing. why delay. Any other reason getting the delay. Anybody help me get an answer.

Processing time are just an average of how long a complete application package takes to be processed. Some application take longer to be processed while others are processed faster depending on their merits. You can send a case specific inquiry to IRCC for more info on your application.

2 days back I send Email to our nearest IRCC office about this matter. and mention passport details and tracking number also. But I can get confirmation Email only . that means Auto-reply. I don't get any related information.

how to send a case specific inquiry to IRCC. please help me

Once your account is linked then you can check the most current status of your application. VFS site only gives generic status regarding the process or dispatch of your passport etc.

Visit the above mentioned website create an account using GC key option provide the data you are promoted for e.g. name, middle name, last name etc of the applicant . Once this application.is link you can view the application status.
