Hi Guys,

I need an URGENT suggestion. I have received my GCMS notes and in that it is written that my employment records require REVIEW. I have given experience letter for past 3 jobs with start and end date and the title. However, it is written in the GCMS notes that INSUFFICIENT DUTIES are provided. I can arrange a letter from the past 3 jobs but I dont know how to add them with the application now as it is already in process.

Can anyone tell me what to do now, as the same thing happened to my friend and he is given an ADR. I don't want to be in the same situation. Can I add the documents somehow?

USE WEB-FORM to contact their customer service agent. and you can submit these 3 letters through Web-form. try if they can accept this way.

Hi there,
Go to the web form and raise the CSE.
There you can briefly explain why are you doing this and upload new documents.

Now, before you raise CSE go to those 3 employers ans ask for detailed letters. More detailed means more specific description of your duties to mach the NOC code you are claiming. Also, read the description of the main duties and lead statement for your NOC code and try to tailor your letters according to that. DO NOT copy-paste exact wording because in that case the officer will take your letters as "built on purpose" and refuse them immediately.

Hope this helps..
Good luck ..

Hello everyone,

-I submitted express entry profile 10 july, received ITA 11 july.
-AOR 30 August
-I dont know when i passed medical but it took 1 or 2 weeks maximum after AOR
-biometric request 23 September and submitted 27 September
-RFPR fee request 24 October , paid 25th october
-schedule A declaration request for my husband 26 november ..submitted 27 november

Since then there is nothing...38 days till deadline...
should i be worried about the schedule A request? I think its because we might have had a gap in the personal history or something... any idea what’s going on and what should I do?
And what is “ghost update” that everyone is talking about?
Normally the mail you receive about the schedule A mentions the gap presence if any, for me it was a suspected 3 months gap and it was clearly specified in the mail.

OMG!!! I just received the Schedule A request for my spouse... .... I have only 20 days to 6 months ..... After knowing your story.. a BOLD OMG bumps up in my mind............ I was hoping I could get a response soon after my submission of Schedule A!
My husband and I are on our nerves for the past two months because things were going pretty fast and then it all froze all of a sudden...everything in our life is on hold until we know the final decision and I am starting to lose hope :( it’s an aweful feeling .. i don’t know why they’re doing this to us :/ I hope things work out faster for you !

No it didnt mention anything... they just said to fill the form and sign it and uplaod it...my husband never traveled and has never been to military and never had a reused visa...his information is pretty clear and straight forward...I am not sure why they asked for a schedule A form..I am so scared that I can’t sleep! Lol..we paid all our savings for this immigration process :/ do you know anyone that got their ppr after they passed the 6 month mark ?
