my PR card expired 2018, I leave Canada since 2013. And re-entry 2016 it’s more than 1095 days. Officer already warned me if I leave again PR will be gone. And after that I been stay in Canada more than 2 years. I want to renew its this possible? Please help
If read correctly you have been back in Canada without leaving since 2016 . The residency obligation requires you to have spent 2 years in a Canada in the 5 years preceeding your PR card renewal so you have met that requirement.

But I mean I really did leave Canada more than 1095. And I came back Canada been 2 years PR card already expired, if I renew before expire 2years requires not enough. Only till Jan 2019 count more 730 days in Canada. Is this possible me to renew?

Yes. I would suggest you give yourself a bit of a buffer and no apply at exactly 730 days. From now on you must be in Canada for 2 out of 5 years every day to remain a PR.
Do you have any need to renew your residence permit right away? If I was in your shoes I would just stay 3 years to be on the safe side and avoid the voluntary review as canuck78 mentioned
