Common Law Notary Requirements

Hi,

I am applying for common law status. I am wondering what documents I need for a notary to witness. Is it IMM5409 solely? Do I need to get my supporting documents signed too/certified? It's only birth cert etc that are important documents so I guess they would return the originals.

you don;t need notary to witness IMM6506.

you only certified copies for translated documents and if certified copy is specifically required to meet country specific requirement.
