Hi, I applied in October 18 for common law sponsorship and I've just completed my medical this week and wanted to know if any knows what the next steps are once this is approved? im applying inland and are from the UK

The steps and stages are pretty much the same for inland as for outland. Those are explained in this link:

The only difference is right at the end when for inland sponsorship, you will be notified of a time, date and location for your 'landing interview' which you must attend with your sponsor. As regards timescales, get settled in for probably around 1 year from when you first sent in your application.
