AOR 2 means when NDVO says OK we have just received your file via air ?? In our case no way sounds like;--
Our file is going via ROAD

Canada to NDVO

All I mean is that, we don't know how they work ! Some files reach in 3 days + guys get AOR2>>PPR IN 7 to 15 days , others take months

AOR is acknowledgement however they can start processing as well.
"Started processing/working" shows up in some cases , + BGC >> DM . ifor few which would appear in ECAS no? In most cases they may not write that line as above but jumps to BGC>>DM>>PPR but they dont start working on the same day they send AOR 2 acknowledgment of receipt.
