On the other hand when I'm trying to to put sponsorship doesn't allowed me to move forward because I need the uci or application number which I don't have

Like I said, you need to use your receipt number if you don't have that.

I am having a mini freak out as I realised that I didn't write the 'Case Processing Centre - Sydney, NS' label when I addressed my application - I just sent it to the PO Box address.
I'm seeing a few AOR's and my application was received on the 13th of November but no word since.
Would anyone know if this oversight by myself would effect my application being received and processed?

If you sent by courier, then you would be able to track, if not theres no way to tell 100%, although I'm sure you are fine. I think it would have been returned by now if it was undeliverable. A few September are still waiting on Aor, many octobers are as well. Time will tell.
You can always call to see if they recieved it, and if you have a temp file # yet. Good luck.

They received my application on 5th Nov still No AOR.

I have no idea, honestly. I read on the forums somewhere that they "could" consider the application as incomplete if the signature is missing and as such will return it to you to edit it. I haven't received anything back yet so I'm hoping it was successful.

You never know with IRCC, but then again during my PR process, I found a lot of misleading information on forums as well as some pretty good ones. But best to play it safe. Sent a signed off form IMM5669 off this morning via courier and will also complete the webform once I get off work.

Same thing, sent via webform the 5669 and they got it now and proof as well. Need to wait and see. I've put everything in there. Hope for the best now

I just read the instruction on this properly and we are required to put in the name electronically, then validate the form, print out and then sign physically beside the name. If this isn't done it will be returned as incomplete. Please check number 9 of the checklist form.

I missed this on the form I sent this morning via courier so guess the courier fee goes down the drain. Will catch it with the webform

If you don't have a Client ID number (UCI) yet, you can use the receipt number from your initial payment for the sponsorship fees. I believe they just need this information to trace you more easily but don't quote me on that as I don't work for them!

True many of my Friends missed an hand written signature beside the electronic signature, there file is returned back

We have a joint email account so it went there, but it was addressed to me (sponsor)

I get the impression that outland applications from the United States specifically are processed much more quickly than from most other locations, for whatever reason.
