Guys it's very easy to send transcripts directly from the university. If the university refuses to directly send the documents, get a boy or chotu who works for the university, give them a 100 bucks and ask them to courier it. They can provide their university Id card to the courier service and act as sender.

Thats a good way to solve the problem, what if the university finds it out that the chotus in there university are doing such things or what if WES during verification contacts the university to check if the university has posted the documents directly or not. Then what ?

Hey ! You need to ensure the transcript + the degree certificate is in the sealed envelope. The ask is for the university to send the documents in a sealed and stamped envelope directly to WES. But from what i could understand your university has sent it to you, try convincing the university to courier it to WES directly. If not, then it leaves you with just one option.

Also please ensure this is filledin and sent along with Degree + Transcript to WES . (Not mandatory but adds support to your documents)

If wes gets the transcript directly from University why will they reverify? Whole point of receiving directly from University is to eliminate reverifications. Chotu works for the university so wes got the transcripts directly from University.

They said courier it by yourself and add MUs address in the "From" section. I bothered them so much that they announced this to 30 people who had come for attestation. I have couriered my documents. Lets see what happens.

Thank your for your reply ... I have two transcript with differentuniversity ...One is from Kerala and other is from MG university....I talk to Kerala University , they are sending the same way to WES for people.So youhave to just enter the To address in Sealed Envelop and send to them ,if any clarification they will contact university..I understand inside the envelop they include Transcript Paper only which is Signed and attested by all autherised people.Is it okey for sending to WES ? They said if i giveback to university they will just add the mailing address on cover with WES reference..Iam sure inside the Sealed cover only the Transcript....MG university i did nt received till now....YOur attached applicaton I hope it is optional ...Ihope your Kind reply for the same ASAP..thank you very much

I am not sure about this but my friends are using other organizations such as UOT etc. because they are still accepting sealed documents sent by students. Timeline wise all of them(including WES) takes the same time 8-10 weeks.

I would still suggest you get the transcript + degree certificate couriered through your university. Why take the risk of WES rejecting the documents/application.

Are you sure on WES taking 8-10 weeks ? From my knowledge WES should take less than 4 weeks.

Ask your Uni to mail it directly to WES, there is no other go, that is how WES is assessing the Indian Degrees. Good luck.

Ask the respective Uni to mail it directly to WES, that is the only way how WES will assess all Indian Degrees. No other go. Request your Uni ASAP. Good luck.

Are you sure on WES taking 8-10 weeks ? From my knowledge WES should take less than 4 weeks.

That was some years back, now it takes longer since more applicants are sending for WES assessment. Good luck.
