I called an agent , and one day later i checked my account i saw "Profile/application update instead of read" .
I didn't check the account the same day i spoke with the agents..

So i just want to double confirm did my application updated because the agent on the phone checked my file?

Calls to CIC are definitely recorded in the system as shown on GCMS notes. But I don't believe the account is updated because of calls. Maybe they now start working on your file.

No it didn't. It's unrelated.
