No you don't. Scotland and England both fall under United Kingdom. You should only mention your travel history to countries where you were required a visa

What about short trips to India (home country) during that time???
Do we need to mention these as well?? As there is immigration stamp on my passport

this makes me question one point :

i was residing in the US from 2017-2018 and I travelled to India(my home, current permanent address) in between from dec 2017-march 2018 .

I have mentioned all the countries i have visited otherwise for business, trips but not India (dec 2017-march 2018) since it is my home address only which i have mentioned in address history.... should i write that as well ?
To avoid that confusion just make an entry for every time your passport got stamped. Also include your cruise trips, within EU trips, etc.

If you consult a lawyer they will make you put detail for every stamp and every time you entered any country.

Yes you should :) Every visit outside your country of residence needs to be mentioned

Any country that requires a visa for you to visit should be mentioned :)
agreed but I still think since it is explicitly mentioned apart from "country of origin/residence", why complicate. for example I have been in the US since so many years with so many short trips to my home country...… mentioning all of that does not make sense when it is written country of origin can be avoided . but at the end its your choice
