Can he apply asslym there? Mean if they give him a week time or so to hire a lawyer and present his documents etc As he have no passport no identity nothing while on canadian airport and he dont want to go from canada.

So you understand that even a layover through Canada requires both a passport and a Canada transit visa to board a plane in the first instance ?

He has connecting flight, from Belgium to Canada to Brazil. He has Brazil visa and Belgium Visa. But he will stop on Canada

What is his citizenship?

He will need a visa to transit through Canada. Either a TRV or eTA depending on his citizenship.

He will discard his passport on airport

Bad idea. This will only complicate the refugee process. IRCC will validate his identity as part of the refugee process.

He needs a TRV to transit through Canada. He won't be allowed to board the airplane to Canada without an approved TRV.

But it is just connecting flight, like every turkish flight stays in Istanbul. We dont need turkish visa for that

Turkey is a completely different country than Canada with different rules. You can't compare.

Doesn't matter if it's a connecting flight. Again, he needs an approved Canadian TRV to board the plane. He'll be denied boarding without an approved TRV.

Just imagine the scenario that he is on Canadian Airport without visa
