School fees payment due date

I have gotten an admission in Niagara college in the spring( May) entrance but my fees payment advice says the due date is 2nd February 2019. Does this mean i should pay the first symester fees before 2 nd February or what. I am asking this because i am yet the get the visa and it’s already only a week to the due date. Kindly explain to me what i should do if the due date means the deadline and if not, what to do. Thank you.

I guess Niagara college has a student advisor with an email id. How difficult it's sending the same query there.
Common sense says you need to submit fees before last date.
