Didn’t receive any response after got file number

IRCC received my application to sponsor my wife on july 26 and i got the file number on oct 2nd. But I didn’t get any response after that, no SA or medical. There is any one out there with the same situation. Usually eveyone got medical and SA soon after they got the file number and that makes me confused. Any suggestions from any one. Thank you

hi, you can call ircc or send them a webform as a case-specific enquiry as you already got application number for your wife.
