That might be an issue because from what i heard they just want to see that you read the question and did not just forget. In normal cases leaving it blank would indicated that it doesnt apply to you but common sense is not common in this case they want to see that you didnt skip anything. I wrote n/a on every field even in certain dates boxes. Throughout the application even if i select "no" and by default that portion goes gray and not able to type in those fields i still wrote n/a once i printed it. Dont take any chances just write n/a where ever its BLANK
